Based On What? is an online blog that is dedicated to publishing pieces that engage with critical thought, political commentary, and/or theory.

What started as an 8th grade English project has become a revolutionary publication, inspiring critical thought in readers who number in the single digits across the group of people that I text it to.

We cover a variety of topics, ranging from history and philosophy to politics and current events. We maintain that all human thought is interconnected; seemingly disconnected fields influence each other in ways that are difficult to see without in-depth analysis. Or, at least, that is my excuse to write about whatever I want.
